We are truly honored to have Lorri Mcateer as an integral part of our salon team for an impressive 42 years! To put Lorri's tenure into perspective, she joined Nicolo Salon right after completing beauty school, and her time with us spans long enough that she was picking up the current salon manager from elementary school. This remarkable legacy brings an invaluable combination of talent, experience, and a wealth of knowledge to our company.

Lorri has witnessed the beauty industry undergo transformations that few professionals have experienced. Her ability to evolve with changing trends, styles, and new techniques over the decades speaks volumes about her prowess as a hairstylist. Whether you're seeking a fantastic haircut, vibrant color, or precise foil work, you can feel confident and trust that you're in capable hands. She also excels in the art of classic techniques like perms, wash and sets, which some may refer to as "old school."

Beyond her exceptional hairstyling skills, Lorri serves as the head of hospitality within our company. She takes great pride in curating a hospitality menu for our guests that surpasses anything you'll find in salons across the North Shore. Her responsibilities include baking fresh muffins, scones, cookies, and even brownies. Additionally, she has introduced authentic Irish coffee and mimosas to our salon menu. To the point where our guests frequently request her recipes during check-out!

All salon services are priced a la carte. To help you achieve your desired look or style, our service providers have their prices structured to reflect the fair value of their work. Pricing varies among providers and is influenced by the demand for their time, which is often a result of client retention, requests, and referrals, rather than solely their talent. As a result, stylists who are in higher demand typically charge higher rates.
