Jillian brings 30 years of customer service experience to our team. After spending 15 years as a paralegal, she joined Nicolo to spend more time with her son. Despite not having a cosmetology background, her intelligence and kindness make her an invaluable member of our salon. Her commitment to family and love for working with the public perfectly align with the values of Nicolo salon.

Outside of work, Jillian has a passion for Disney World and is a dedicated mother to her son, Declan.
