In this stage of her career, Elana has assumed the role of a salon educator, where she imparts her knowledge and mentors new talent aspiring to join the Nicolo Team. In our industry, this role is akin to holding a master's degree. After 14 years of dedicated work and hands-on experience, she reached a point where she wanted to pay it forward by sharing everything she's learned. Establishing oneself in the hairdressing industry, particularly for young individuals, can be a formidable challenge.
